What’s worse than forgetting your medicine at home and remembering once you’re at work or school? That happened to me today, for a change, and it really bothers me. When am I going to learn to a) remember or b) keep an extra set of pills at my desk at work? Probably never. The ironic part is that today I played the “I’m not feeling well enough to go to the gym” card – and instead went to work. All the while I could have woken up, cooked a healthy breakfast, taken some medicine and gone to the gym for half the time I usually go. Instead I’m sitting at my desk feeling like a train wreck through a schoolhouse. Until I get home, fed and medicated tonight at least. But that’s a long way off…

i know what you mean man. i have RA for three years and sometimes i forget to take my medicine and it ruins my day! it's not quite worth going home for and it's not quite worth fretting about too much...but sometimes it sux. keep up the good work!
