AF Launches Exercise Contest
The Arthritis Foundation asks arthritics across the U.S. to submit videos of themselves moving -- all in the name of sharing knowledge with others. Prizes will be awarded to their favorites.
"Show Us Your Moves" is a contest aimed to raise awareness about the benefits of physical activity -- to both prevent and treat arthritis.
Each month a winner will be chosen to receive a Flip Camera and have a chance to win the grand prize of a vacation package for two.
To participate, submit a video showing off your best moves to:
