This group is focused on meeting other local people who have
"Arthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Juvenile
Arthritis, and related auto-immune disorders" of any kind to discuss
life, medicine, exercise, surgery, and to offer each other support.
I would like the first session to be a get to know each other and to help each other set some goals on coping skills and/or share their own coping skills.
We can discuss medications and exercise and what is it that these diseases bring to our daily lifestyles. How can we help support each other.
I hope to see you all. Welcome to all of you since this will be our first meeting and I am looking forward to meeting with everyone.
