Eczema Diet
Up to Diet and Exercise
I was informed of a particular diet for Eczema, the gentlemen that told me about it will be sending me the book name, author and ISBN Number.
He started this diet and dropped about 30 to 40 lbs, and it cleared his eczema up in about 4 months, he believes it has also helped his inflamation from the RA. We had a one hour conversation over this the other day.
The jist of the diet is going back to bare bones of eatting, for example Flax Seeds, almonds, nonprocessed foods, only organic chicken and or turkey. No red meats, lots and lots of farm bred fish. Plenty of colored vegetables. Little to no yest, which in a jewish house hold this isn't hard during passover.
I will post the information as soon as he gets it to me.
Strawberries about 14 a week is suppose to reduce inflamation, not sure if this is proven or not will find where I read it the other day.
